The Texas Freshwater Fisheries Center presents the 2019 Outdoor Expo and Bluegill Tournament. This annual event celebrates the great outdoors by showcasing TPWD programs and outdoor-related organizations. The event runs from 9 a.m. - 3 p.m. The Bluegill Tournament will take place from 9 a.m. - noon.
Overlook Attendant Have tournament participants register on sign-in sheet. Check poles for TFFC regulations and mark with green tape once checked. Answer any questions on schedule or directions.
Tournament Headquarters Attendant Tournament participants will bring you Weight Cards after weighing a fish. Verify their name, category, and weight are legible. Track leading entries throughout each hour and overall. Assist in handing out prizes.
Anglers Pavilion Attendant Work inside of Anglers Pavilion handing out fishing equipment, repairing poles, and preparing bait. Perform checks around the Casting Ponds to retrieve equipment and pick up trash.
Weigh Station Attendant - Weigh fish as they are brought to you. Fill out tournament cards with accurate weight of fish.
