Sponsoring Program: Brush Y Canyons Master Naturalists

After being instructed to do so by the leadership at the Brush Y Canyons chapter, register with TPWD to take TMN volunteer certification training with the Brush Y Canyons Chapter of Texas Master Naturalists.

Our mission is to develop a group of well-informed volunteers to provide education, outreach and service dedicated to the beneficial management of natural resources and natural areas within our communities. We are a new chapter, currently accepting applications for our Charter Class.

Our service area is Uvalde, Kinney and Medina Counties. Meetings and training sessions will be held at Garner State Park, El Progreso Memorial Library and possibly other locations, as well.

Garner State Park, Kickapoo Cavern State Park, El Progreso Memorial Library, Uvalde National Fish Hatchery, Nueces River Authority and Fort Clark Springs.
