Sponsoring Program: Goose Island State Park

Goose Island is hosting an Explore Bowhunting Workshop. This event offers visitors the opportunity to learn what it takes to go on your first deer hunting trip.

The event is Saturday, January 10th from 10am-2pm. Activities include:

• Archery


• Inflatable archery (great for the younger kids)


• Camouflage hide and seek


• Spotting scope activities


• A demonstration of quartering a deer carcass

We need help with these activities, and checking visitors in.
