Sponsoring Program: Angler Education

Head out to Bonham State Park's Angler EXPO Event for a day of fun, and help adults and children alike to earn their Basic Angler Education Certificate and Pin! Volunteers can expect booths and activities on a variety of Angler topics. These information stations will include:

• Rods and Reels


• Fish ID


• Knot Tying


• Habitat and Insects


• Fish Printing


• Safety First


• Ethics and Impact


• Backyard Bass A Casting Game


• Pier Fishing

The event runs from 9am - 2pm. Please plan to show up early and stay to pack up.
