Brazos Bend State Park - Park Volunteer Organization

Sponsoring Program: Brazos Bend State Park

*NOTE: If you are interested in Park Host opportunities, please apply for our separate Park Host opportunity. *

Volunteering at Brazos Bend involves customer service, formal interpretation such as presenting educational programs or leading hikes, informal interpretation such as helping us staff our Nature Center and doing roving interpretation on the trails, helping with operations of our non-profit gift shop, and attending outreach events outside the park. You will find that once you start to volunteer, there will be many other opportunities that open to you. You will have the chance to develop many new skills and/or improve on existing ones. We are looking for enthusiastic volunteers that love everything nature and outdoors and want to share their love and passion for it with others.

Minimum hourly requirements, flexible schedule, training required.
