Sponsoring Program: Abilene State Park

If this is your first time volunteering, this position is a great way to find out what area of the park you like best. Education, maintenance, customer service, outreach, conservation, or a combination of these are potential areas for you to explore. We'll chat with you to find out what you're most interested in when it comes to your volunteer time and experience.

Requirements: We will proform a crimanl background check (at no cost to you). Must be able to lift at least 40 lbs. Very likely that you will need to be able to stand for long periods of time and walk at least a mile easily.

Minimum age: 18
