Sponsoring Program: Mission Tejas State Park

Help us inspire and educate the public about animals that call East Texas home! As part of a generous grant, Mission Tejas State Park has received funds to purchase a variety of animal skins and skulls to use for interpretive and outreach programs.  Now we need your help!

We are seeking motivated volunteers with a passion for educating and teaching to assist us with this program.

-Are you a local individual, couple, or service group?  Sign up for this opportunity and our Volunteer Coordinator will contact you with the details.  The scheduling of programs if flexible and we can provide you with a program or you can create your own!

-Are you from out of town?  Sign up for this opportunity and our Volunteer Coordinator will walk you through the process of becoming a park host who can stay in the park and specialize in this project (a minimum of 24 hours per week required in exchange for a full hook-up site). 

This project is supported by a Bratten Foundation Grant. Your participation as a volunteer helps us meet grant requirements
