Sponsoring Program: Falcon State Park

Do you love birds and enjoy connecting with people from all walks of life? Falcon State Park is looking for enthusiastic volunteers to lead bird walks or host bird talks!

Duties can include:


  • Sharing your knowledge of native and migratory birds.

  • Guide guests through our trails on a hike between 75 minutes to 2 hours at a leisurely pace.

  • You can set up a station at the rec hall to chat about the birds of the park.

  • Sharing updates on bird sightings with visitors and park staff and being an ambassador for our park.


Required Qualifications:


  • Must be 18 years or older.

  • Experience with customer service.

  • Ability to effectively communicate with the public, other volunteers, and staff.
