Seminole Canyon State Park & Historic Site -Tour Guide/Fate Bell Shelter

This opportunity is to lead the guided tour into the canyon for the purpose of viewing the Lower Pecos Style pictographs of the designated archeological site, Fate Bell Shelter.

Physical Requirements: Tour guide must be physically able to lead tours outside in extreme weather for about 90 minutes and ascend/desend several unregular staircases.

Expirience: Presenting interpretive and educational programs of broad subject-matter to park visitors of all ages, with a high degree of cordiality.

Knowledge: Park supplies individuals with training and other materials. General knowledge of prehistoric to historic flora and faunas, early U.S. Military/forts, are a plus.

Skill: Must be able to command the attention of people, exhibiting leadership and abililty to keep a tour group together.
