Sheldon Lake State Park - Gardens and Wildscape Volunteer

Sponsoring Program: Sheldon Lake State Park & Environmental Learning Center

Do you have a green thumb? We want you to come out and help us keep our gardens and wildscapes in tiptop shape. Assist with the overall development and maintenance of the gardens and trails. Duties include pruning, raking, invasives removal, weeding, and planting. No experience necessary, all training will be provided.

Join us Saturday mornings from 8:30-11am to help make an impact in our Wildscape garden area. Other days are available for Wildscape volunteer work as well, but all days need to be coordinated with park staff.

Be sure to coordinate with the park volunteer coordinator in order to set a date to begin volunteering. After applying for this volunteer opportunity, the volunteer coordinator will reach out to you.
