Sponsoring Program: Brazos Bend State Park

Brazos Bend State Park is home to miles of adventurous trails, a variety of wildlife, and hard-working staff members that preserve the natural, picturesque landscape that is our park. Our Park Hosts serve as a valuable multiplier to our efforts in maintaining our beautiful campgrounds and helping to provide visitors with a positively memorable experience.

Our park hosts will enjoy the amenities of a full-hookup campsite (Water/Sewer/Electric) in exchange for 25 hours of work per week.

Examples of Maintenance Park Host duties include fee collection, campsite checks, landscaping, and maintenance of our facilities and campsites. State Park vehicles are available to carry out hosting duties.

As of currently, there is no longer any availability for Park Host assignments in 2024 at Brazos Bend State Park.

Applicants must be at least 18 years old. Criminal background checks are required for all persons occupying a host site.
