Enchanted Rock State Natural Area - Interpretation/Education Volunteer

Enchanted Rock Interpretation/Education Volunteers are on the front line of helping visitors enjoy the state natural area while also teaching them ways that they can help protect this place for future visitors and future generations!

Duties may include:

- Independently presenting educational and interpretive talks and hikes.
- Assisting park staff with guided hikes, school group programs & evening programs.
- Leading experiential based programs such as Nature Journaling or Art in the Park.
- Performing informal roving interpretation including table demonstrations, such as Skins & Skulls.
- Teach skills based programs, such as Birdwatching, Stargazing, or Nature Journaling.

A criminal background check is required.
